OUR EQUIPMENT

THE MACHINES
BEHIND YOUR PARTS.

Four milling centres. Two turning centres. A HAAS machine fleet for prismatic and rotational components.

VERTICAL MILLING3 MACHINES

HAAS VF-4

Three VF-4 vertical machining centres provide capacity for milling, drilling, boring and tapping. Their three-axis layout suits plates, blocks, fixtures and prismatic components. Multiple machines let us schedule different parts alongside repeat batches, with tooling and workholding matched to each drawing.

Installed quantity / year

X × Y × Z axis travel
1,270 × 508 × 635 mm
Machine type
Vertical machining centre

Axis travel describes the machine movement envelope. Usable part size depends on fixtures, tools and access.

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS

  • Machined plates and brackets
  • Fixtures and tooling components
  • Prismatic parts and production batches

HORIZONTAL MILLING1 MACHINE

HAAS EC-1600

The EC-1600 expands our milling capacity to larger components. Its horizontal spindle and substantial working envelope suit housings, machine bodies and heavy industrial parts. Machining strategy and workholding are planned around the faces, bores and reference surfaces required by the drawing.

Machine year
2025
X × Y × Z axis travel
1,626 × 1,270 × 813 mm
Machine type
Horizontal machining centre

Axis travel describes the machine movement envelope. Usable part size and weight depend on the fixture and installed table configuration.

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS

  • Machine housings and bodies
  • Large blocks and structural components
  • Bores and machined reference surfaces

CNC TURNING1 MACHINE

HAAS ST-30

Our ST-30 turning centre produces rotational parts such as shafts, bushes, sleeves and flanges. CNC turning combines facing, external profiling, internal boring and threading in a controlled sequence. The setup is selected for the stock form, clamping requirements and dimensional features of each component.

Machine year
2025
Max. cutting diameter (BOT)
Ø381 mm
Max. cutting length
826 mm
Bar capacity
Ø76 mm

Haas catalog dimensions: maximum cutting diameter is Ø381 mm with a BOT turret or Ø349 mm with BMT65. Cutting length varies with workholding; the installed turret and fixture define project capacity.

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS

  • Shafts and stepped parts
  • Bushes, sleeves and spacers
  • Flanges and threaded components

CNC TURNING1 MACHINE

HAAS SL-40

The SL-40 complements the ST-30 for larger turning work. Its large-frame construction supports industrial components requiring substantial stock removal and secure workholding. We select the turning process around the part diameter, length, material and features that must remain concentric.

Machine year
2008
Max. cutting diameter
Ø648 mm
Max. cutting length
1,118 mm
Bar capacity
Ø102 mm

Haas SL-series catalog capacity with BOT turret: Ø648 mm × 1,118 mm; standard workholding reduces cutting length to 1,080 mm. Usable dimensions depend on tooling and fixtures.

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS

  • Larger shafts and sleeves
  • Flanges and rings
  • Heavy industrial turned parts
